Our Mission

APO boosts Tunisian potential, by supplying gas to STEG for power for Tunisian homes and industry, alongside liquid products for domestic use and export.
We produce gas and associated products from the Miskar and Hasdrubal concessions. On behalf of the concession holders (ETAP for Miskar, ETAP and Shell Tunisia Upstream Ltd for Hasdrubal), we deliver safe and efficient production and processing of gas, LPG, and condensate.
We support gas for power, LPG for domestic use, and liquid products for the Tunisian petrochemical sector as well as butane for export.​

Our Vision

We believe that we can produce gas offshore, then transport it onshore for processing and delivery to customers, with zero harm to people.
We protect the health and safety of our people, our suppliers and contractors, and the community around APO’s facilities. We produce and process gas with limited environmental impact, and implement further measures to reduce health, safety, and environmental impact wherever practicable.
APO’s people work together to produce gas at ever lower cost to the concession holders, with very high availability, to maximise value for Tunisia and shareholders. We aim to do so while also delivering innovative solutions for further reduction of safety and health risks, and ever lower environmental impact.
APO will remain the leading gas producer in Tunisia, and aims to be the optimum choice for development and production of more offshore gas fields in the Gulf of Gabes as well as potential discoveries around our existing assets.
